Community Management Corporation Associations Win 6 CAI Association of the Year Awards
Fairfax, VA March 11, 2009 - Community Management Corporation (CMC), an Associa Company, is pleased to announce six CAI Association of the Year awards were awarded to three managed communities. Awards will be presented at the upcoming CAI expo on March 26, 2009 where board members will be speaking about best practices.
Carlton House, a medium sized community of 297 high rise units located in Reston, VA. won Best Medium Sized Community of the Year.
Belle View Condominium, a 980 garden style condominium community located in Alexandria, VA. won Best Large Size Community and Green Community of the Year.
Heritage Hunt HOA, a 1,789 single family, condominium and mixed-use active adult community won Best Newsletter, Best Website and Humanitarian of the Year.
In addition Lansdowne HOA, also managed by CMC, received 1st runner up for Very Large Size Community of the Year.
Community Association Institute (CAI) awards are designed to highlight exceptional communities for their accomplishments, events, and community involvement. These awards are a huge honor for Carlton House, Heritage Hunt HOA, Belle View Condominiums and CMC.
