Lana J. Reynolds, CMCA® - President and CEO

Lana has over thirty years experience in all facets of community association management. She is a specialist in personnel management, systems development, organizational analysis and financial management. She is a contributing member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has written numerous articles for Association Times, a leading internet information source for our industry. Lana received the “Outstanding Personal Achievement” award in 2003 and 2004 from our parent company Associa®, the largest common interest community management firm in the nation. She has served as an elected community representative on both committees and Boards of Directors. Lana was primarily responsible for development of the Facilities Maintenance Program for CAI and was the driving force behind the development of C3, the most comprehensive and powerful data base software system for association management available today.



W. Bruce Steele, CMCA® - Executive Vice President

Bruce has over thirty years experience in housing market research and analysis and in the planning and management of community associations. He has provided consulting services to almost every national and regional builder in the Washington area. Prior to joining CMC in 1981, Bruce was a housing planner for the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments, the regional planning agency for the Washington area. He also served as a housing planner for Arlington County, Virginia. For three years, Bruce was a National Trustee of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and for seven years was a Trustee of the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of CAI.

 

Susan Blackburn, PCAM® , CMCA® - Vice President of Management Services

Susan is a graduate of American University and has over thirty years experience in the housing industry, including development and management. She formerly served as the General Manager of one of CMC’s largest HOA clients and later as the HOA Division Director for CMC’s large-scale homeowner associations. Susan provides training and education for CMC staff as well as for client Boards and committee members. She is a regular speaker at the Prince William County “Homeowners’ Leadership Institute”. As Vice President of Management Services, Susan is now responsible for management, marketing and general community consulting services. She has been with CMC since 1988.
