Ron Kirby, Jr., RS

Ron Kirby, Jr. is a Certified Reserve Specialist(r) and has an Associates Degree in Civil Engineering. He has over twenty-four years of experience in the construction business including ten years running his own contracting company specializing in renovation, remodeling, repair and maintenance of common interest communities. He spent five years with CMC as a Construction Superintendent and Project Manager converting apartment buildings to condominiums. Ron has had oversight responsibility for all facets of construction including structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, pavement and landscape work.

Ron provides Reserve Studies, technical supervision and consultation on special projects, Preventive Maintenance & Operator Care Programs, property inspections and contract bid specifications for condominiums, cooperatives and homeowner associations.
